a small amount of water with some salt and pepper. Put the potato flour in a
bowl and pour water over it. Mix it then add the chopped shrimp. Roll it into a
sausage shape and have it steam for about 45 minutes. When cooked, let it sit
overnight in the open. Then cut it into thin slices and leave to stand one more
day. Heat some oil in a fairly deep skilletand drop in a few of the discs. Let
them brow for a few minutes then drain and place on paper towels. Leave them to
cool for a few minutes then serve.
